Counselling is a ‘talking’ therapy that helps a person to explore their problems or issues in a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental environment, empowering them to find their own solutions.

Some people have past experiences or blocks which prevent them moving forward in life; others face fears for the future or are experiencing crisis in the present. Counselling can help such individuals to gain a deeper understanding of their situations and explore the choices available in an empowering and liberating process.

Sessions usually consist of one-to-one meetings but can also be successfully conducted by phone, e-mail, written correspondence or video conferencing as required.

Reiki is a non intrusive hands-on healing therapy that can safely complement orthodox medical treatments.

It works gently and effectively to promote the body’s innate natural healing abilities, restoring balance and harmony at all levels. The recipient receives healing energy which is channelled through the hands of the therapist creating a deep state of relaxation and a wonderful feeling of well-being.

It can be used successfully to treat physical conditions, relieve anxiety and depression and as an aid to personal development work.

Since ancient times crystals and minerals have been employed for healing purposes as a form of vibrational medicine.
